Must be a Specialist or Consultant in Paediatric Dentistry. We would encourage the same delegates to attend (if possible) as it will build on the skills learned in the Modern Restorative Techniques for the Anterior Dentition hands on course held on the 08.07.2024 course.

Aims

The aim of this course is to update practitioners regarding modern minimally invasive techniques to manage discoloured, malformed and carious anterior teeth in the anterior dentition including hands on session covering various clinical situations.

Objectives
  • Discusses clinical assessment of the anterior teeth and suitable management strategies
  • Have an update on the development of resin composites and modern bonding and polishing systems
  • To demonstrate how to produce successful composite build ups to optimise the shape and aesthetics of anterior teeth
Learning outcomes
  • Have an understanding of modern restoration techniques for the anterior teeth
  • Be able to plan and undertake composite bonding to optimise the size and shape of anterior teeth and optimise aesthetic outcomes.
