To provide an overview of the Flexible Commissioning programme whole team approach to universal prevention delivery and Making Every Contact Count (MECC)

Internal referrals and management of targeted prevention

Delivery of team-based interventions using MECC

Additional opportunities to engage in Cardio-Vascular Disease (CVD) case findings and data collection
