Aims | To provide an overview of current updates in dental training in Yorkshire and the Humber. To share best practice across the region. |
Objectives | - To describe current changes in the Early Years Curriculum, linked to assessment and EPA outcomes.
- To describe EPAs and entrustment
- To describe work in sedation and speciality training pathways on the implementation of EPAs.
- To hear from a variety of leaders in Dentistry on their own personal journeys, success and challenges
- Provide a forum to ask specific questions in relation to dental education
- To be aware of opportunities to develop your own leadership pathways, how leaders have overcome challenges and possible future opportunities for dental educators and leadership.
- To describe how neurodiversity can be recognised in the workplace
- To discuss the experiences on working with neurodiversity
- To discuss how workplaces can adjust to allow all team members to maximise their contribution
