Aims

The course is for post accreditation Level 2 Paediatric Dentists to share knowledge and experience and also to reflect on their own strengths and career opportunities.

Objectives

-To share knowledge and experience of Level 2 Training -To consider careers in paediatric dentistry post level 2 -To introduce the concept of strengths, explore the benefits of adopting a strengths-based approach and how this can be used in professional development of the dental workforce.
