Aims

This session will look at several common themes of communicating with your patients to ensure positive outcomes resulting in: better treatment, happy patients and a happier you.

Objectives

To discuss dentist communication challenges in clinic including trust issues, personality clashes and tactfully handling difficult patients. To discuss communication challenges younger dentists may have with older patients. To consider how to have effective financial discussions.
