Aims

To introduce delegates to an evidenced based model that promotes thriving at work and to identify personal and organisational strategies for themselves and their practices

Objectives

1. Understand the categories of factors that influence well-being at work and different levels of intervention to promote thriving 2. Think about their own strengths and vulnerabilities in relation to thriving 3. Identify one thing they or their organisations can implement easily and quickly to promote thriving.

Learning outcomes

Delegates will be able to confidently describe the Model of Dynamic Adaptation and know the difference between levels of effective and practical intervention.
