Description | This is a combined child/adult safeguarding level 2 update course for Dental Teams. It will build on existing knowledge and skills in safeguarding children and adults and is aimed at those dental registrants / team members who have already completed a full Level 2 Course. It will be an interactive event including, theory and open discussion ** It will cover current national policy, legislation and guidance; review of your role and responsibilities in reporting concerns. It will look at emerging factors that may make adults and children more vulnerable, and consider actions to be taken in the event of safeguarding concerns. There will be discussion and tips for best safeguarding practice; and an update of CQC safeguarding standards. | ||
