SubjectPractice management
DescriptionWe have elected to run this workshop at this time, as it seems to fit best with current circumstances. Although running on zoom, we will still aim to stay true to the format of the workshops completed so far. There will be 2 three hour sessions, loosely comprising 1 hour of instruction, 1 hour individual working, and 1 hour interactive presentation and discussion, which will be broken down into smaller assignments. The speaker will be available throughout.** Please note that this is one of six workshops designed to ensure dentists and managers feel confident that they are managing their practices as efficiently and as effectively as possible. Although open to all, those in, or aspiring to, a position of responsibility are likely to benefit most. This learning also complements the content of several external qualifications
