DescriptionThe benefits of running a care coordination programme are becoming increasingly clear in terms of their potential to enhance the patients dental experiences and their perception of the quality of their care. To reach its full potential care coordination needs to be embedded into the practice’s operational strategy. This course is for dental teams planning to introduce care coordination services, and will help them to plan well-led, effective and caring service care coordination services.
