Aims

An opportunity for practice managers to come together and create a dynamic network in which knowledge, information and experience is shared.

Objectives

During the event mangers will have the opportunity to:

• Demonstrate how to provide leadership and direction to achieve organisational objectives

• Take part in a peer review activity and develop new ways of working

• Assess an opportunity for innovation and change and devise a plan to make it happen.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the session delegates will be able to:

•Understand characteristics underpinning strategic leadership and direction, and feel confident to apply these practically back in practice

• Reflect on the benefits of peer review and experiential learning

• Apply knowledge to lead innovation and change within their teams

• Feel more confident in their roles as practice managers.
