Aims

To provide practical evidence-based information to assist GDPs and therapists in providing dental care for paediatric patients in practice

  • Provide a hands-on workshop for placement of stainless steel crowns using the Hall technique
  • Participation in paediatric case-based discussions
  • Discuss the management of primary teeth without the need for local anaesthetic
  • Provide top tips for administration of local anaesthetic in child patients
  • Clarify who and when to refer to secondary care services
