DescriptionSupervising, training, teaching, mentoring - so many words but what do they all mean? Irrespective of our role as clinicians, we are charged with increasing responsibility as clinical and educational supervisors for supporting the professional development of others.
Additional information

While often rewarding these responsibilities can be not only challenging and time consuming but, on occasion, feel overwhelming. In this workshop Nicky will introduce the concept of coaching within supervisory and mentoring relationships and encourage participants to explore how this can contribute to the development of clinicians at all levels of experience. In addition participants will have an opportunity to acquire new skills to support them in getting the very best out of their developmental relationships.
