Description | Aimed at all members of the dental team (including staff working in the NHS and Private sectors, for managers as well as individuals registrants) who are keen to understand how regulators define a practitioners fitness to practise, how complaints are investigated and managed at the GDC and plans to reform the current system. The session will examine regulatory principles, legal issues and track a number of case studies through the FtP process to bring the session to life. |
