Aims
  • A CQC key line of enquiry requires that practices are Well Led and can demonstrate to an inspector that “governance arrangements ensure that responsibilities are clear, quality and performance are regularly considered, and risks are identified, understood and managed?”.
  • This presentation will explain how to comply with this requirement and provide delegates with the tools to effectively manage risk in their practice.
Objectives

Delegates will:

  • Know what is expected of a Health and Safety manager
  • Be able to assess risk using a 5*5 risk assessment matrix
  • Be able to record risk assessment findings and implement them
