Aims

Provide a safe and resourcing space for mentors to learn and develop their skills and continue to do their best work.

Objectives
  • Create an environment for mentors to think brilliantly with their colleagues.
  • Encourage people to articulate the questions that are most important to think about.
  • Provide insight from experience, when invited to do so.
  • Appreciate the work that we all do and who we are.
