DescriptionCPD/Refresher Days - this one-day training is aimed at coaches who have previously completed the seven-day programme, and are still interested in using coaching skills, but haven't been able to do any, or a lot of coaching and are rusty or may be lacking confidence in their practice. We will be recapping on basics and working to get you back to a more confident level of practice and share thoughts and ideas on building on this in your own organisations etc, as well as being available for coaching work through HEE Y&H. The Day runs from 0930 to 1630hrs.
