This interactive workshop equips medical professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to build trust through active listening, clear speech, and empathy. Through role play and discussion, you will refine your interpersonal skills alongside verbal, nonverbal, and para-verbal communication while managing emotions under pressure. |
