DescriptionThis workshop will develop your understanding of stress and overwhelm and provide you with practical skills to develop strategies for effective management of stress and overwhelm so you can thrive in your training and clinical work. This one-hour session is part of a four-workshop series designed to support you to improve areas of executive functioning. Other sessions focus on improving prioritisation and organisation, concentration, planning and time management. You can book onto the individual sessions that meet your specific needs, or you may wish to book the full series.

Aims
