DescriptionAre you already an Educational Supervisor? Would you like to have some fun learning a bit more about your ESRs, about how they are used by (and so important to) ARCP panels, how to make gathering and validating the evidence more streamlined and efficient and even enjoyable..? This is an interactive workshop where we will look at the relationship between ESRs and ARCPs, and work through real examples of Outcomes, doing some of our own Quality Assurance, with tips to help writing and validation, and new ideas to take back to our trainees to help them improve their portfolio and evidence.

Intended Group Learning Outcomes, including consideration of:

  • What is the relationship between ESR and ARCP, and what do the Panels do with our reports?
  • Composition of a Panel and what do the outcomes actually mean?
