Description

The conference aims to be a highly engaging and practical day that will provide those who have direct contact with Trainees, a clear understanding of what the Supported Return to Training (SuppoRTT) programme can offer Trainees, while considering your needs and how workplace culture may impact upon this process. There will be an opportunity to hear the experiences of trainees, participate in interactive workshops and consider the importance of both supervisor trainee resilience.

If you are a trainee, currently out of programme, there will be an alternative conference available later in the year.
