Objectives

During the day we will:

  • Explore our multiple contextual cultural identities
  • Look at how culture influences our reactions / assumptions and the delivery of patient-centred care
  • Explore what is taught on the "Understanding General Practice" course which is available to those with a SJT (PDT) score of 2 or self-identify as International Medical Graduates in ST1
  • Explore together what works in training for the people who come to us as trainees.
