| Description | Supporting GP Registrars Through Challenge Educators will inevitably work with a GP Registrar who is facing challenges during training or not progressing as expected. This session will explore how to recognise early warning signs, conduct constructive but clear conversations, and support progress while being honest about concerns. In this session we will look at practical approaches to: Identifying patterns early Giving feedback that is clear and defensible Managing defensiveness Supporting professional development without collusion Knowing when concerns need to be formalised and what support is available This will be a pragmatic, discussion-based session aimed at increasing educator confidence.
