Description

The aim of the session is to refresh and develop feedback skills. The seminar will be delivered in small groups using scenarios allowing time for facilitated discussion and problem solving. There will be a brief look at some theory and a framework to assess feedback skills. The seminar will finish with tea and coffee at 15:30, there will be the opportunity to stay and network with colleagues until 16:30. This course is run by the Primary Care School.
