| Description | This workshop will build skills and increase confidence in supporting all our trainees. We will use problem based learning and case discussion to cover supporting the following groups: Trainees who fail their exams, Neurodivergent trainees, Trainees who are not engaging, Trainees who are not at the expected level, and NHS naïve trainees. The seminar will finish with tea and coffee at 15:30, there will be the opportunity to stay and network with colleagues until 16:30. This course is run by the Primary Care School.
