| Description | This immersive workshop explores Cultural Safety within NHS teams, focusing on Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. | Additional information | Participants will acquire practical skills in raising cultural awareness, active bystander training, and empowering team members. They will learn to implement compassionate and inclusive leadership strategies, addressing both overt and subtle issues like discrimination and microaggressions in a culturally sensitive manner.
