DescriptionThis one-day online workshop helps participants develop the skills needed to lead and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Through collaborative and reflective activities, trainees explore inclusive leadership, team dynamics, and shared responsibility.

Booking courses

Aims

To develop the leadership skills needed to contribute to and guide effective, inclusive clinical teams.

* Explore what makes teams effective in healthcare settings. * Understand the role of leadership in team development and conflict resolution. * Practice inclusive behaviours that support collaboration and shared purpose.
