DescriptionThis 1 day workshop offers you an opportunity to understand the core concepts at the heart of courageous leadership. In the morning session you will have the opportunity to explore the core concepts at the heart of courageous leadership. You will begin to articulate where you would like to be braver as a leader and what is getting in your way. In the afternoon session we will go deeper to explore two key concepts of courageous leadership – empathy and self-compassion. Empathy is an important part of the support we need when we step into our courage. This session will enable you to ask for the support you need and also show empathy to others in their courageous moments. You will also have the opportunity to consider both compassion for those you lead and also your ability to be compassionate towards yourself, especially when you choose to be brave.
