Booking courses

Through a blend of expert guidance, practical tools, and hands-on activities, this interactive workshop provides managers with the skills and confidence to lead career conversations that truly make a difference. You will:

· Explore the key characteristics of effective career conversations and why they matter.

· Learn and practice powerful, open-ended questions that engage employees and unlock potential.

· Apply the Career Conversation Model and Toolkit to real-world scenarios, building confidence to use it immediately in the workplace.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

· Confidently lead effective career conversations that align individual aspirations with organisational goals, using a clear, structured approach.

· Use powerful, open-ended questions to engage employees, spark motivation, and encourage ownership of their career development.

· Apply the Career Conversation Toolkit in everyday scenarios to support employee growth, enhance performance, and reduce reliance on formal processes.
