DescriptionThis one-day online workshop helps participants develop the skills needed to lead and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Through collaborative and reflective activities, trainees explore inclusive leadership, team dynamics, and shared responsibility.
Additional information

The course includes interactive discussion, practical exercises, and group collaboration to examine leadership in clinical teams. It is suitable for doctors in training at all levels. No course preparation is required.

Aims
