Description | Do you want to create a supportive department where bullying and harassment are not tolerated? This intensive, interactive workshop which will give all the skills needed to do just that. |
Additional information | Recent surveys, including the NHS Staff Survey and the 2023 GMC Training Survey, reveal that over 25% of NHS staff have experienced harassment or bullying. As a leader, you have a responsibility to foster a culture of psychological safety, but without the right tools, addressing these challenges can feel overwhelming. This interactive, solutions-focused course provides practical strategies to help you create a safe and supportive workplace. You will gain hands-on experience with the Resilient Practice ACCOUNT framework for managing bullying incidents and the CLEAR framework for navigating difficult conversations with confidence.
