DescriptionDo you want to create a supportive department where bullying and harassment are not tolerated? This intensive, interactive workshop which will give all the skills needed to do just that.
Additional information

Recent surveys, including the NHS Staff Survey and the 2023 GMC Training Survey, reveal that over 25% of NHS staff have experienced harassment or bullying. As a leader, you have a responsibility to foster a culture of psychological safety, but without the right tools, addressing these challenges can feel overwhelming.

This interactive, solutions-focused course provides practical strategies to help you create a safe and supportive workplace. You will gain hands-on experience with the Resilient Practice ACCOUNT framework for managing bullying incidents and the CLEAR framework for navigating difficult conversations with confidence.

  • Resolution of individual incidents with restorative justice
