DescriptionThis workshop equips trainers with essential skills and perspectives to support IMGs and LEDs entering the NHS. Participants will gain practical tools to enhance their support and ensure IMGs and LEDs receive comprehensive training and career guidance.

The session covers understanding the unique challenges faced by IMGs and LEDs, providing structured induction and effective supervision, and optimising training opportunities to support career progression. Trainers will leave with actionable strategies to improve the training experience and support the professional development of IMGs and LEDs.
