The workshop provides hands-on experience in creating and assessing business cases through case studies and practical exercises. Participants will learn to develop compelling business cases, manage budgets effectively, and employ strategies to maximize revenue. Tools and techniques for presenting business cases to stakeholders will also be covered to secure approval and funding.
