DescriptionThis half day course will explore challenging conversations, and tools we can use to a) manage ourselves and b) aid us in successful, clear communication.
Additional information

Do you ever find yourself having conversations about someone when you should be having them with them? Do you ever feel apprehensive knowing there is a challenging conversation on the horizon? If so don’t worry. This course can help you. We will explore tools that can help you prepare for, and navigate, challenging conversations that you encounter. It is unlikely that any of us will get through life without having any! You may wish to reflect on past communications that you have found challenging in advance of the session. We will use breakout rooms and you will not have to share anything you are not comfortable with. Due to the interactive nature of this workshop it is essential you join from a quiet, confidential space where you can participate fully, with both sound and video on, ie no people in the background, door bells to answer, children to care for etc.
