Description | This immersive one day workshop is designed for senior medical education faculty, including DME’s, HoS, APD’s tutors and TPDs. It aims to enhance your leadership capabilities, improve educational governance, and support effective training delivery. Engage in interactive sessions and your own case studies to address current challenges and elevate your skills in medical education. | ||
Additional information | Participants will gain practical skills in coaching, active listening, and providing constructive feedback. The workshop focuses on using your own challenging scenarios in trainee support as a central learning tool. Through debriefing and sharing experiences with peers, you will acquire actionable strategies to enhance your role as an educational leader and improve training outcomes.
