This Lunch and Learn session is designed for supervisors in primary care who are part of the Community of Practice. It aims to provide valuable insights and encourage peer learning and collaboration.

To help supervisors identify struggling supervisees and provide appropriate support strategies to facilitate growth and improvement.

Objectives
  • Recognise key signs that indicate a supervisee may be struggling.
  • Learn supportive strategies to help supervisees overcome challenges.
  • Develop effective feedback and support plans to aid supervisee progress.
