SubjectFaculty Development
DescriptionThis comprehensive full day workshop provides the opportunity for participants to deeply explore psychological trauma and its impacts; and to come away with a clear understanding of how to implement sustainable, achievable, realistic changes. A follow up session for attendees a few weeks after the workshop, provides an opportunity to ask questions and to discuss cases which have arisen since the training.
Additional information

The course will involve a combination of teaching and small group work, with plenty of space and time for questions and reflections, to ensure that participants leave with a clear understanding of psychological trauma and having the confidence to know what to do about it.

How will the workshop run?

From 9.15am until 3pm via Zoom. You will need to set up a Zoom account in advance of the session if you don’t already have one. The link will be available from 9am and we will start at 9.15am.

We will have tea/coffee breaks mid-morning and mid-afternoon and a lunchbreak.

Due to the interactive nature of this workshop it is essential you join from somewhere quiet where you can participate fully, with both your sound and video on. It will be important for your fellow group members that you are in a ‘confidential space’ and you minimise interruptions where possible.

Booking cancellation

Delegates must make every effort to attend courses they have booked. If your availability changes after booking, please cancel your place through Maxcourse as soon as possible. This will release the place for colleagues on the waiting list.
