DescriptionEducation on stress - what it is, what causes it and some practical tips on how to manage it. Links made throughout on how this affects the supervisor in their role. Each short session will focus on a specific topics relevant to primary care supervisors. Each session will include a brief theoretical overview of the topic along with key insights, followed by a facilitated discussion within the Community of Practice. Participants will share best practices, ask for advice, and learn collaboratively in an open and supportive environment.
