NHS leaders have a responsibility to address this. This intensive, interactive workshop will give all the skills needed to end bullying.

Aims

The aim of this course is to give leaders everything they need to manifest a productive, supportive environment in which all their staff flourish.

Objectives
  • To provide a safe confidential environment to discuss and analyse personal experiences of dealing with bullying and harassment in the workplace
  • To understand why bullying and harassment happens
  • To explore the deeper aspects of the psyche that shape human interactions and behaviour
  • To develop a framework of accountability
  • Establish a departmental ethos where harassment and bullying are not tolerated
