SubjectFaculty Development
DescriptionThe Shapes Toolkit programme, a full day course, is a powerful blend of neuroscience, coaching principles, and practical productivity and resilience techniques developed by Dr Rachel Morris, a former GP who knows what it’s like to work in a busy role on the frontline who put together the tools and strategies that she needed to thrive as a busy doctor.
Additional information

If nothing changes, the vicious cycle of stress and burnout amongst clinical teams will continue, causing more people to go off sick or leave completely – making more work for others.

Whilst every effort is being made to make the system in which we work better for staff, it is vital that change starts with empowering individuals and teams to make changes for themselves so that they can continue in their roles and retain their best people.

The Shapes tools help individuals to think differently about their work and escape the guilt of never being able to ‘do enough’. It will help them become more resilient and productive and give them tools which enable them to make a deliberate choice to thrive in work and life.
