This course is intended for clinicians working in primary and community care environments from the wider workforce professions and GPs who wish to explore how to supervise staff and/or would like some fundamentals around the below elements of supervision.

Mandatory: Allied Health Professional, or Dental Technician, or Dentist, or Doctor, or Healthcare Scientist, or Midwife, or Nurse, or Pharmacist, or Pharmacy Technician, or Physician Associate, or Public Health Professional

To equip attendees with a basic understanding of educational supervisor responsibilities, educational theory, and work-based assessments (WBAs).

· To appreciate the different forms supervision can take

· To understand different adult learning theories

· To understand the roles and responsibilities of an educational supervisor

· To have a high-level appreciation of different Work Based Assessments
