Description | Group coaching in a safe learning space, which will enable participants increase their self-awareness and confidence and take away tools and tips relevant for daily/periodic implementation on a sustained basis. | ||
Additional information | Trainees: · Do you sometimes struggle with getting everything done? · Is engaging fully with your e-portfolio a challenge? · Do you find it tricky to identify the most important activity when you have a long to-do list? If you answer yes to any of these questions, then this course is for you. You will need to be willing to commit protected time over the period of the course, and to complete any required homework between sessions. Ideally it will the same group of participants going through the series, with flexibility in the event of unplanned emergencies. | ||

Aims | To enable participants to develop, practise, and embed skills that will enhance their learning experience and effectiveness in the workplace. | ||
Objectives | Presentation of tailored content followed by individual and or group activities to reflect, share and develop individualised action plans at the end of each session. Group interactions in a safe and confidential environment will hopefully enhance communication skills and openness to learn from the wisdom of the group. | ||
Learning outcomes | a) Explore and document their needs, values, strengths and begin to develop their vision. b) Recognise and practise the rhythms and habits that best serve their whole life vision. c) Identify priority areas to focus during the course. d) Understand principles of prioritisation and time management and choose appropriate tools for implementation. e) Exploring how to incorporate rest in their routine. f) Implement mini-action plans using their learning and develop their own process for repeating them. | ||
