DescriptionBring a task you have been procrastinating on and finally get it finished. Feel great that you have achieved something. This face to face day of protected productivity and anti-procrastination management is designed especially for people who want to get things done but find that life or work gets in the way of progress. This course is designed to offer in person community support with protected productivity whilst also learning to use ‘staying focused’ and anti-procrastination techniques to deal with performance gremlins and improve productivity.

Arrivals and registration from 9.15 to 9.30 – an opportunity to set up your workstation

Morning Productivity (9.30 -13.00)

Lunch

Afternoon Productivity (13.45 -17.00)

• Overcoming limiting beliefs to improve productivity

• Guided productivity with facilitated breaks

• Maintaining motivation and creating good habits

It is essential that you bring your laptops, logins, files, folders and any papers you might need to spend a day focusing on your work away from the hospital. You may also like to bring headphones (especially if you are focusing on e-learning modules). Don’t forget your power cables.
