Aims | The course aims to refresh trainees’ communication skills using simulated patients, look at strategies for dealing with conflict and explore the importance of human factors in healthcare in order to increase the trainees confidence when returning to practice. |
Objectives | The course utilises face to face training using talks, simulated patient communication scenarios, interactive exercises and group discussion. |
