Additional information | This workshop will focus on communication skills with an emphasis on practical skills, therefore it will be an interactive workshop with an expectation that all delegates get involved. It is a priority of the facilitator to make this a safe, supportive environment for attendees to feel comfortable getting involved and expressing thoughts and concerns. Encouraged interaction will involve role play, asking questions in front of the group or through the chat box, and offering feedback. As this is an interactive workshop it is a requirement that all attendees join the session from a quiet environment where they are able to fully interact and have their cameras on throughout.
