Description | In our everyday lives, we experience a range of emotions. This can be challenging to navigate and we may find ourselves in emotional reactivity. In this course, you’ll discover helpful strategies to recognise, process and respond to difficult emotions. As a result, you will access greater calm, balance and clarity. | ||
