Aims | Our Career Conversation Toolkit and Confident Career Conversations Programme will provide people with the skills and confidence to have meaningful career conversations. The Career Conversations Toolkit gives supervisors the practical tools, structure and questions to have effective career conversations that will engage, retain and develop their trainees without taking up lots of time. The Career Conversation Toolkit is a set of practical card-based tools for supervisors, mentors and coaches. It provides them with a flexible approach which means individuals take ownership for their career development and they don't have to have all the answers. | ||||||
