DescriptionThis workshop replicates some of the modelling covered on the Clinical Supervision for ST3's course run by myself and Dr Ben Jackson. The teachable model discussed will allow you to explore the role of the practice team with your GP trainees and other learners, and then supervise them using a teachable model for the day to day (debrief/support) supervision of other clinicians.
