The first two years of training are a steep learning curve for many and this workshop is designed for newly qualified GP trainers, but is just as helpful for experienced trainers. This workshop looks at my initial years as a GP trainer, with the added benefit of becoming a TPD early on in this journey-giving me a "shortcut" to most answers. It will be an interactive workshop that will help with becoming comfortable in WBPA/ARCP requirements the difference between educator/employer and the fear of trainees experiencing difficulties
