DescriptionTrainee doctors are always juggling - work, exams, relationships - it's an incredibly busy and demanding season of life. In amongst all the swirling demands, it can be hard to feel clear and confident that you're using your limited free time wisely - that the revision you're doing will stick, that the time trade-offs you're making will pay off. This workshop is designed to help trainees get clarity for their next challenge, whether it's an exam or finding scarce time to craft and submit work to complete your training. This group coaching session will introduce you to self-guided tools to help you get clear about your plan - to help you see both the hidden constraints, limitations, demands that can block your progress and leave you feeling stressed and overwhelmed, and the opportunities, strategies and support that can help you do your best work. Whether you're making good progress or feeling stuck and confused, this workshop will help you get a bit more clarity about the next steps that fit your unique personal and professional goals. We can all benefit from a chance to check-in with ourselves and ask 'is what I'm doing really working right now?' This workshop aims to help you realign your plan to feel more clear and confident that you've got a plan that works.
