DescriptionSuccess After CCT – The transition from ST3 to working GP can be tough. This session is about choosing a career path, building a support network and flourishing as a fully qualified GP. Bio: Aisling MacCormac is a First 5 GP and mum of two. She is currently working as a salaried GP, specialist TPD for Curriculum Development and the Faculty Education Lead of RCGP White Rose. She has previous experience as a locum, a hospice doctor and running her local first 5 group.
